dwmcflags — Remove
duplicate include paths, library paths and libraries from command

dwmcflags echoes its command line
arguments with duplicate include paths, library paths and libraries removed.
I occasionally need this just to sanitize CFLAGS, CXXFLAGS or LDFLAGS in
build infrastructure (Makefiles, for example).
% ./dwmcflags -I/usr/include -I/usr/local/include -I/opt/local/include -I/usr/include -L/usr/lib -L/opt/local/lib -L/usr/lib -lrt -lc -lrt -I/usr/include -I/usr/local/include -I/opt/local/include -L/usr/lib -L/opt/local/lib -lrt -lc
